Return & Exchange Policy

At Razor Bags, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders where the customer changes their mind. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. We will review the issue and, if deemed a defect, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Exchanges and Returns

To ensure our customers receive only brand-new bags, we do not accept returns of any bags once they have been shipped.

Order Cancellations

Orders are made specifically for you once they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, a non-refundable charge of $10 will apply.

Razor Bags will not accept returns without prior authorization. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. If a return is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking fee for all products.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  Unauthorized returns (Forced Returns) will result in forfeiture of the item and any associated costs or fees. Forced Returns = No Refund.

Buyers must contact us regarding any issues with their order. Customized items and Cornhole bags or Boards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt to address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges

if an exchange is approved, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.  If an exchange is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking fee for all products. Refunds

Refunds are typically issued as in-store credit, applicable to future purchases. Under special circumstances, a refund to the original payment method may be issued. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
