How the Custom Process Works

1. Contact us with questions before you order.
2. Place your order and select your bag series.
3. Send your artwork or design direction by email to sales@razorcornhole.com.
4. Artwork review: we review the supplied artwork to confirm that it is suitable for production and meets applicable design requirements.
5. Design work begins: once custom design work has started, the portion of the order associated with design services becomes non-refundable.
6. Proof provided: we create a mockup for your review.
7. Revisions: custom design service includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to the original design concept.
8. Required sign off: production does not begin until you approve the final proof.
9. ACL design approval: custom designs requiring an ACL stamp must receive ACL approval before printing. The ACL has final approval authority over whether a design meets its competition and branding requirements.
10. Production: once final proof approval and any required ACL approval are complete, we move into production and shipping.

The Important Details

• Design rights: We cannot reproduce copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization. This includes logos, characters, artwork, sports team or league branding, entertainment properties, brand designs, or other protected material. We also cannot recreate, modify, or design around protected material in a way that may infringe another party's intellectual property. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission for any artwork, logos, names, or other materials they provide.
• Design revisions: Custom design service includes one initial design concept and up to 3 rounds of reasonable revisions. A revision round consists of requested changes submitted together for the current design concept. Requests for substantially different concepts, additional concepts, or revisions beyond the included 3 rounds may require an additional design fee. If customer-supplied artwork is not suitable for production and an alternative design must be created, the replacement artwork becomes the working design concept. Once the final proof is approved, additional design changes are not included.
• Design fees and cancellations: Once custom design work has begun, any fees associated with design services are non-refundable. This applies even if you later decide to cancel the order, change design direction, or choose not to proceed with production. Any refund that may otherwise be approved for the physical product does not include design fees for work already started or completed.
• Image quality: The quality of the final product depends on the quality of the artwork provided. Vector files are preferred (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF). High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also be used when sufficient for production. Images that are low resolution, heavily compressed, blurry, pixelated, or otherwise unsuitable for printing may need to be replaced or recreated. AI-generated artwork may not always provide the resolution, detail, or file quality needed for production. If supplied artwork cannot be used as provided, we will work with you when possible to develop a suitable alternative design.
• Proof approval required: You will receive a design proof and must approve it before production.
• Final proof responsibility: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all spelling, names, numbers, colors, placement, and design details shown on the final proof. Production is based on the approved proof.
• Color representation: Colors shown on phones, monitors, and other digital displays may vary from the final printed product. Screen previews are intended to represent the design and layout, but exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in advance.
• Set consistency: Each set of 4 bags uses the same design unless otherwise agreed to before production.
• ACL design approval: Designs requiring an ACL stamp are subject to ACL review and approval. The ACL has final approval authority over whether a design meets its competition and branding requirements. A customer-approved proof may still require changes if requested by the ACL before production. ACL approval typically takes 2 to 14 days depending on review timelines.
• ACL approval is not intellectual property clearance: ACL design approval does not grant permission to use copyrighted, trademarked, or otherwise protected material.
• Production timeline: Production begins only after final proof approval and any required ACL design approval.

Yes. You can provide finished artwork or give us your colors, ideas, inspiration, or general direction and we can create an original custom design for you. Custom design service includes one initial design concept and up to 3 rounds of revisions.

Are custom design fees refundable?

Once custom design work has begun, any fees associated with design services are non-refundable, even if you later cancel the order, change direction, or decide not to proceed with production.

Can I put my company, club, or team logo on the bags?

Yes, provided you own the artwork or have permission to use it. Customers are responsible for confirming they have the necessary rights to any logo, name, artwork, or other material submitted for reproduction.

Can you print professional or college sports team logos?

We can only reproduce copyrighted or trademarked sports logos, team branding, league branding, or similar protected material when the necessary authorization has been provided.

What artwork files should I send?

Vector files such as AI, EPS, SVG, and PDF are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPG files may also work. We review all supplied artwork before production to determine whether the file quality is suitable for printing.

Can I use AI-generated artwork?

Yes, provided the artwork meets our production and intellectual-property requirements. AI-generated images may not always have the resolution, detail, or file quality required for printing. • “Ready-to-Ship” items will be shipped same day (if ordered before 12:00PM CST)
• Razor Bags with RZ3.PRO™ and RZ3+™ are made-to-order.
• Custom Orders must be submitted and approved by the ACL before orders are manufactured. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.
• Orders enter the manufacturing queue the next business day after purchase.
• Production time is typically 1-5 business days, depending on order volume.

📦 Estimated Shipping Times

• USA: 3-5 business days after shipment.
• Canada: 7-14 business days after shipment.

🇨🇦 Important Information for Canadian Customers

• Duties and Taxes: All shipments imported into Canada are subject to duties and taxes assessment by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). The duty rate varies depending on the type of product and the country where it was manufactured. The amount of duties and taxes for an item primarily depends on the item’s value in Canadian dollars and the purpose for the shipment.

The best and only way we recommend is to simply throw your bags. 

Hand wash, air dry, and avoid all those internet fads, or you might find you ruined your bags, stretched out the seams, and voided your warranty. Learn more on how to break in your bags.

All sales are final.

Exchange / Return - To ensure customers receive only brand new bags, typically we do not allow any bags to return to our shop once we ship them out.

Razor Bags will not accept returns without prior authorization. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. If a return is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking fee for all products and Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns (Forced Returns) will result in forfeiture of the item and any associated costs or fees. Forced Returns = No Refund.

Buyers must contact us regarding any issues with their order. Customized items and Cornhole bags or Boards are final sale and cannot be returned.

If an exchanged is approved, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted. If an exchange is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking fee for all products and Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Orders cannot be canceled once you have received tracking information.

ACL COMP
ACL Competitive equipment (ACL COMP) is within the general equipment guidelines established by the ACL Rules and Regulations for cornhole competitions. It is acceptable for competitive play and is allowed to be used in all ACL sanctioned events except pro. ACL COMP equipment is purchased by fans, players and organizers that want high-quality materials and craftsmanship to begin their competitive cornhole journey.

ACL PRO
Play what the pros play! ACL PRO equipment is required for all ACL PRO events and is of the highest level materials, construction and finish in cornhole. Any players, organizers, or fans that want to raise their cornhole game and compete with pro level performance cornhole equipment should look for the ACL PRO stamp.
