• “Ready-to-Ship” items will be shipped same day (if ordered before 12:00PM CST)
• Razor Bags with RZ3.PRO and RZ3+™ are made-to-order.
• Orders enter the manufacturing queue the next business day after purchase.
• Production time is typically 1-5 business days, depending on order volume.

• USA: 3-5 business days after shipment.
• Canada: 7-14 business days after shipment.

🇨🇦 Important Information for Canadian Customers

• Duties and Taxes: All shipments imported into Canada are subject to duties and taxes assessment by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA). The duty rate varies depending on the type of product and the country where it was manufactured. The amount of duties and taxes for an item primarily depends on the item’s value in Canadian dollars and the purpose for the shipment. 
• Customer Responsibility: Customers residing in Canada are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes, which are not included in the shipping price.

The best and only way we recommend is to simply throw your bags. 

Hand wash, air dry, and avoid all those internet fads, or you might find you ruined your bags, stretched out the seams, and voided your warranty. Learn more on how to break in your bags.

Exchange / Return - To ensure customers receive only brand new bags, typically we do not allow any bags to return to our shop once we ship them out.

Razor Bags will not accept returns without prior authorization. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. If a return is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking fee for all products and Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns (Forced Returns) will result in forfeiture of the item and any associated costs or fees. Forced Returns = No Refund.

Buyers must contact us regarding any issues with their order. Customized items and Cornhole bags or Boards are final sale and cannot be returned.

If an exchanged is approved, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted. If an exchange is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking fee for all products and Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Orders cannot be canceled once you have received tracking information.

ACL COMP
ACL Competitive equipment (ACL COMP) is within the general equipment guidelines established by the ACL Rules and Regulations for cornhole competitions. It is acceptable for competitive play and is allowed to be used in all ACL sanctioned events except pro. ACL COMP equipment is purchased by fans, players and organizers that want high-quality materials and craftsmanship to begin their competitive cornhole journey.

ACL PRO
Play what the pros play! ACL PRO equipment is required for all ACL PRO events and is of the highest level materials, construction and finish in cornhole. Any players, organizers, or fans that want to raise their cornhole game and compete with pro level performance cornhole equipment should look for the ACL PRO stamp.
