Exchange / Return - To ensure customers receive only brand new bags, typically we do not allow any bags to return to our shop once we ship them out.
Razor Bags will not accept returns without prior authorization. Refunds will be given in the form of store credit. If a return is authorized, there will be a 15% restocking fee for all products and Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns (Forced Returns) will result in forfeiture of the item and any associated costs or fees. Forced Returns = No Refund.
Buyers must contact us regarding any issues with their order. Customized items and Cornhole bags or Boards are final sale and cannot be returned.
If an exchanged is approved, the quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and place a separate order for the new item once the return is accepted.
